CTSS – Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports

CTSS – Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports

Who?

The CTSS – Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports business package is for individuals looking to start a CTSS – Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports company.

Why?

We have a workflow and system to get the CTSS license. Our fee is refundable which means you either get the license or your money back. Since we have done over 10 CTSS applications, we have experience with what will happen and how to navigate it quickly (although this process is notoriously slow due to the CTSS licensing division at DHS – which is outside our control)

What?

Pricing: $4500 –

Includes start to CTSS license legal representation

  1. Required CTSS Application documents
  2. Comprehensive CTSS policies, procedures and contracts to run the business – recipient file, staff file, internal policies
  3. Access to your NEW updated 245I legal documents and forms electronically (over 50 legal documents and forms organized in an electronic folder for your use and editing)
  4. Your CTSS legal questions answered (does not include clinical questions or questions outside scope of legal practice)

Does NOT include (1) CTSS clinical Mock file – to be completed by your clinical supervisor – referral provided; (2) Staffing your clinical supervisor.  Additional $1000 for day support certification and does not include required clinical materials/schedule/trainings/schedule.

What do I need to start?

In order to get started, providers need a primary and a secondary Clinical Supervisor. The Primary Clinical Supervisor must have taken the CTSS Clinical Information Seminar within one (1) year of the date of the CTSS application.

Additionally, an administrative staff person must have taken the CTSS Administrative Information Seminar within one (1) year of the date of the CTSS application.

When/Timeline?

Onboarding is generally within 2 days of free initial consultation. Package is complete within 12 months unless delays due to our calendars not lining up or DHS, and lingering legal questions are covered beyond that timeline. *This process is notoriously slow due to the CTSS licensing division at DHS – which is outside our control
