I don't have or use Zoom. Can we meet a different way?
We do not currently offer any alternatives to meeting via Zoom. If you do not have Zoom and need to download it, you can do so by following this tutorial.
Where can I find the Zoom meeting link?
You can find the Zoom meeting link in the following places:
- Your appointment confirmation email
- Your online portal (instructions will be sent via separate email)
- We’ll be sending you reminder emails 1 day, 2 hours, and 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Those emails will also contain the Zoom meeting link.
- You also have the option to add this appointment to your calendar (click “add to calendar” below). The calendar details will include the Zoom meeting link.
