Sale of Business – Healthcare

Full representation of seller in the sale of a healthcare business, otherwise default to 5% of Sale Value, whichever is greater price after representation concludes.  Does not include filing fees. Real estate transaction associated with the sale of the underlying business may be extra. Call to inquire.

Flat fee of $7500 due upon receipt. Billed at $375 per hour if sale is canceled or substantially changed, and the rest of the fee returned to client. Larger of $7500 of 5% of the sale value.
