Who?

The ARMHS – NEW RULES – 245I Update – Policies-and-Procedures-only package is for ARMHS providers updating their policies and procedures to enable compliance with the Minn. Stat. 245I – Mental Health Uniform Services Standards Act.

Why?

Minnesota law changed in 2021/2022 under the Minn. Stat. 245I – Mental Health Uniform Services Standards Act which means all ARMHS providers are required to use the NEW policies and procedures as of the new effective date in October of 2022. DHS enforcement activities in regard to the new policies and procedures are to start in 2023 and beyond.
