The ARMHS business legal audit package is for already established ARMHS providers looking to confirm and update their legal compliance with the ARMHS statutes and related rules.

Why?

Most ARMHS providers start strong with little to no legal oversight or issues but slowly encounter more and more legal questions and risk as they grow. This creates legal myths and anxieties about what is legal and what is perhaps industry practice, but not legal. This package is designed to get you up to speed and confident your ARMHS business is operating in compliance with applicable rules. Generally clients find that the correct legal forms/documents also save the Company time and money to remove previous administrative work that was duplicative and unnecessary.

Pricing: $1500 –

includes review and update of legal documents for:

1. 1 Recipient File review and comments on what to update
2. 1 Staff file review and comments on what to update

4. Your ARMHS legal questions answered (does not include clinical questions or questions outside scope of legal practice)
5. NOT intended for urgent use before a recertification

An audit of one of your staff files and a non-clinical audit of one of your client files.
If you subsequently engage us to assist with your ARMHS recertification, you will receive a $500 discount on the recertification package because you did an ARMHS legal audit with us.

When/Timeline?

Onboarding is generally within 2 days of free initial consultation. Package is complete within 2 weeks unless delays due to our calendars not lining up, and lingering legal questions are covered beyond that timeline. Email for expedited timeline consideration.
